Horizontal buried scraper (SMS): Multi-point unloading can be realized according to the need.

Inclined buried scraper (QMS): Increasing or decreasing the middle section can change the lifting height, and adjusting the bending section can change the inclination angle.

Z-type buried scraper (ZMS): It can not only change the lifting height and conveying distance, but also realize multi-point unloading. The belt conveyor not only has a single conveyor mode, but also can be combined with multiple conveyors for conveying loose or finished goods, because the requirements of different processes are different. When multiple conveyors form a conveyor system, they can be horizontal or inclined. The combination form and the composition system are diverse, which is one of the reasons why they are widely used. However, in the application, there are often some faults, which affect the efficiency of the delivery of goods. Spraying is one of the common problems of belt conveyor. Belt conveyor should be safe and stable to convey materials, however, due to various reasons, in the process of transportation, belt conveyor often appears the problem of material spilling. Specific analysis is as follows: concave belt suspension causes material spilling. Belt is continuous and should always be in a tight state, but because the belt is flexible and not rigid, so for a belt, as long as the force is not balanced in front and back of the belt, it will make the belt in a relaxed state, which is the reason why the belt concave segment appears. The belt will be suspended because the curvature radius of the corresponding concave section is smaller. When the belt is concave, compared with the whole belt, the concave segment has obviously changed the grooving state of the belt. At this time, from the trough roller group, the belt is no longer close, resulting in a smaller trough angle, leading to part of the spraying problem. For this kind of problem, we should optimize and improve the design fundamentally. From the phenomenon of the upper concave section, we can effectively avoid this kind of problem by adopting a larger radius of curvature for the concave belt.
