What are the causes of pipeline failure?

In the process of using the conveyor on the pipeline, the chain is not fully lubricated, so the chain is easy to wear and corrode if the chain is used too long, which leads to the loosening or kinking of the chain. If the conveyor in the process of high-speed operation, because the chain speed is too fast, because of centrifugal force, the lubricant will be thrown off, resulting in the failure to protect the role of the conveyor chain. Conveyor in use environment will also lead to chain failure, if the environment used is more dust, and more humid, dust and moisture will enter the internal chain, leading to chain plate corrosion and wear.

We should know that most of the faults on the chain plate are caused by poor lubrication. If the motor painting line is not lubricated well in the process of using, it can only lubricate the chain teeth and the surface of the chain, but lubrication can not completely infiltrate into the internal chain pins, linings and drums. When choosing lubricants, we should take into account the operating conditions of the conveyor, such as temperature, load pressure, dust and so on. The operating temperature of the equipment should not exceed 150 C. In the process of selecting lubricating oil, we should choose high temperature lubricating oil.
