In this process, attention should also be paid to the hook part of the workpiece. Before entering the curing process, the powder attached to the hook should be blown off as far as possible to prevent the curing of the surplus powder on the hook. When it is really difficult to remove the surplus powder before curing, the cured powder film on the hook should be peeled off in time to ensure the conductivity of the hook. Good, so as to facilitate the next batch of workpieces easy to powder.

Curing process

This process should pay attention to: sprayed workpiece, if it is a small batch of single production, before entering the curing furnace, pay attention to prevent collision powder, if there is powder rubbing phenomenon, should be timely sprayed powder. Strict control of technology, temperature and time during baking should be exercised to prevent inadequate curing caused by chromatic aberration, over-baking or too short time.

For large quantities of Auto-conveying workpieces, it is also necessary to carefully check whether there is leakage, spraying thin or local powder rubbing before entering the drying channel. If unqualified parts are found, they should be well guarded against entering the drying channel, and re-spraying should be removed as far as possible. If individual workpieces are not qualified for thin spraying, they can be re-sprayed and re-solidified after solidifying the drying path.

Painting pipeline has experienced the development process from manual to production line, to automatic production line, and the degree of automation is getting higher and higher.
