Function and General Requirements of Paint Spraying Room in Powder Dust-free Painting Production Line

Paint spraying room is the equipment to deal with paint mist. Its function is to confine the paint mist produced in the spraying process to a certain area and filter it. The main components of paint mist are resin particles and organic solvent vapor, such as xylene, turpentine, banana water, etc. The volatile solvent vapor in the coating is also included. Therefore, the harmful substances in the spraying area not only affect the health of the operator, but also have the risk of fire and explosion. By spraying paint in spraying chamber, conductor automatic vulcanization line can make operators get working environment that conforms to hygienic conditions and safety standards. In addition, the spraying room can also provide dust removal, temperature and humidity of certain construction conditions for decorative requirements of high workpiece spraying.

According to the actual use of spray paint room, the following requirements should generally be met:

(1) Painting should be done in closed or semi-closed rooms to avoid the spread of paint mist to other parts of the workshop.

(2) The paint mist produced by powder coating line during spraying should be discharged directly from the spraying area in order to reduce the spread of the paint mist.

(3) The polluted air discharged from the paint spraying area should be treated immediately to separate the paint mist from the air in order to reduce the pollution to the equipment.

(4) Operators should be outside the paint spraying area or in the position of fresh air circulation to minimize the impact of paint fog on operators.

(5) There should be enough light in the room to ensure that the painted workpiece can be clearly observed. In addition, adequate room should be ensured so that the operator can paint any part that needs painting.

(6) The structure and components of the chamber must conform to safety requirements, fire and explosion-proof safety specifications.
