The Function and Method of Pretreatment in Powder Dust-free Coating Production Line

With the rapid development of China's automobile industry and the improvement of automobile painting quality requirements year by year, painting production line technology and pretreatment equipment technology have also been greatly developed. The so-called pretreatment of painting production line refers to the chemical film forming process before painting, referred to as conversion treatment or phosphate treatment. In order to improve the corrosion resistance and adhesion of the treated material after coating, chemical treatment is usually carried out.

Motor Coating Line

The purpose of pretreatment is to remove foreign matter besides the component of the coated part and provide a good substrate suitable for the coating requirements, so as to ensure that the coating has good corrosion resistance and adhesion. Therefore, the function of the pretreatment equipment of motor painting line is to clean the workpiece and its surface before spraying by foreign bodies generated or attached during processing, storage and transportation. The oxide skin, oil stain, processed debris and dust on the surface of the workpiece will affect the adhesion and protection performance of the coating. It is not suitable to directly coat, and proper surface treatment is needed. Pre-treatment equipment is mainly composed of technical tank body, tank liquid mixing system, tank liquid heating system, phosphating slag removal system, ventilation system, water supply and drainage pipeline system and logistics transportation system. Pretreatment equipment can be divided into spraying and impregnating type to meet different requirements of work painting.
