The specific method of adjusting the driving drum and the reversing drum is that for the head drum, if the belt deviates to one side of the drum, the bearing seat of the coating line of the pneumatic transmission shaft on that side should move forward. Similarly, the bearing seat on the non-deviating side can also be moved backward. The tail drum adjustment method is exactly the opposite. In order to adjust the belt to a more appropriate and accurate position, it usually needs repeated adjustments. In addition, for driving or reversing drum, it is necessary to accurately locate the blanking position at the reloading point, which is also an important factor affecting belt deviation. From the actual production point of view, when the position of the two belt conveyors in the horizontal direction is special, such as when the projection of the two conveyors is perpendicular to each other, this effect is greater. Generally speaking, it is necessary to pay great attention to the relative position of two belt conveyors at the transfer point. From the point of view of velocity vector, the lower the relative height, the greater the horizontal velocity of the material, and the greater the impact force on the lower belt, * eventually leads to the belt deviation. If the material deviates to which side, then the belt deviates to the opposite side. Therefore, in the design process, this problem should be considered and solved to avoid the relative position between the two belt conveyors as low as possible. Usually, the width of the guide groove should be appropriate. The value should not be too large or too small. Generally, it is 2/3 of the width of the belt. At the same time, it can change the direction and position of the material falling, thus reducing or avoiding the deviation of the belt.
