Wood is a kind of sustainable natural material. Its warm texture, soft touch and rich natural texture make wood products inseparable from people's life since ancient times. However, wood structure is complex, easy to absorb moisture and dehumidify, which leads to expansion, shrinkage, deformation and decay, dirty and porous. For the purpose of protection, painting becomes a necessary means. After painting, wood can be endowed with more color and texture, so that wood and its products show diversity.

Looking at the whole furniture manufacturing industry in China today, traditional air spraying is being adopted by most furniture manufacturers because of the low initial investment cost and easy maintenance and management. But there are still many problems:

1. The transfer efficiency of paint is too low. The so-called transfer efficiency refers to the ratio of the paint used in spraying to the paint actually attached to the surface of the coating. Generally speaking, the transfer efficiency of traditional air spraying is less than 40%. In other words, more than 60% of the paint used in traditional air spraying is wasted. Most of these wasted paints are found in air, floors and spray houses.

2. The spray of paint fog is too large. Because the traditional air spray gun must use 6-8 kg air pressure to atomize the paint thoroughly, there will be quite serious spray spray spray rebound and scatter on motor electric insertion stage. This kind of paint fog will not only shorten the period of spray prevention and maintenance, but also cause environmental pollution.

3. Harm human health. According to the report of medical clinical experiment, if the operator works in the place where the paint mist disperses seriously for a long time, it will do great harm to nose, pharynx, mouth, respiratory tract, skin and liver. Some American studies have pointed out that such dispersed paint mist can even cause cancer!

4. Production speed is low. Except for some manufacturers who use pressure tank or central paint supply system, most manufacturers mainly use gravity type (upper pot type) or siphon type (lower pot type) air spray gun. This kind of spray gun needs to add paint frequently during operation, which results in discontinuity of work and reduces production. Efficiency.

1. Paint savings exceed 30%. After testing, the highest transfer efficiency of mixed air spraying can reach 78%. Compared with traditional air spraying, the paint savings rate is as high as 37%. The initial investment cost of mixed air spraying is higher than that of traditional air spraying, but the actual investment return period is quite short.

2. Low rebound of paint mist, because Mixed-air spraying can completely atomize paint without high air pressure, so almost no spray and rebound of paint mist can be seen during spraying. In this way, not only the health hazards to operators can be reduced, but also the pollution to the environment can be reduced.

3. The production speed is fast and the film thickness of Mixed-air spraying is thicker at one time, which makes it unnecessary to repeat spraying in actual operation, thus reducing the possibility of over-spraying. The special medium-pressure plunger feeding pump for Mixed-air spraying is used to make the whole spraying process smooth and uninterrupted, thus making the work efficiency higher.
