I. Overview of Equipment

Photocatalytic Purification Device (LGO) is a special ultraviolet light source which produces photons with different energy. III. Working Principle

1. Electric motor insertion stage products use special high-energy ozone UV ultraviolet ray beam to irradiate odorous gases and crack odorous gases, such as ammonia, trimethylamine, hydrogen sulfide, methyl thiol, methyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, carbon disulfide and styrene, sulfide H2S, VOC, benzene, toluene, xylene molecular bonds.

2. The use of high-energy ozone UV ultraviolet light beam to decompose oxygen molecules in the air to produce free oxygen, i.e. reactive oxygen species, because of the positive and negative electron imbalance carried by free oxygen, it is necessary to combine with oxygen molecules to produce ozone. Ozone has a strong oxidizing effect on organic substances and a strong removal effect on odorous gases and other irritating odors.

3. After the odor gas is input into the purification equipment by exhaust equipment, the purification equipment uses high-energy UV ultraviolet ray beam and ozone to decompose and oxidize the odor gas synergistically, so that the odor gas can be degraded into low molecular compound, water and carbon dioxide, and then discharged outdoors through the exhaust duct.

4. Using high-energy UV beam to crack the molecular bonds of bacteria in odor gas, destroy the bacterial nucleic acid (DNA), and then through ozone oxidation reaction, the purpose of deodorizing and killing bacteria can be achieved thoroughly.

IV. Equipment Characteristics

1. According to the amount of exhaust gas, wind speed and concentration of exhaust gas collected, the number of exhaust gas UV purification modules can be flexibly allocated, and the purification efficiency is high. Drawer-type plug-and-pull installation is adopted, which makes the fittings uniform and easy to install and maintain. Spare parts can be maintained or replaced online, which is convenient, flexible, easy to operate, practical and effective.

2. Safety, reliability and adaptability: Because of the use of photolysis principle, the module adopts explosion-proof treatment, eliminating the potential safety hazards, fire protection, explosion-proof, anti-corrosion performance is good (all stainless steel 304 structure), equipment performance is safe and stable. Through reasonable module configuration, it can be widely used in the purification of various organic waste gases and odor gases. This equipment has no mechanical device, no movement noise, and can work continuously 24 hours a day. In addition to regular inspection and maintenance, there is no need for dedicated management and operation.
